Paul is an award-winning dealmaker with over 10 years experience in corporate finance in the UK. Prior experience includes M&A with FRP plc in London, managing to completion both sell-side and buy-side processes. Paul started his career in M&A and Debt Advisory with EY in London, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He is a member of the Institute for Securities & Investment.

Stefan has over 5 years experience in corportate finance in the UK and Germany. Prior experience includes M&A with Initium Corporate Finance, where he was leading projects and communications in financial, accounting and tax matters. Stefan started his career with Deloitte in M&A Transaction Services. Stefan is a chartered accountant (ICAEW) and a previous founder of a fintech. He is a member of the Institute for Securities & Investment.
